We work only with known blue chip IT and Management Consultants of whom we have personal knowledge; we provide those resources to clients with all the backing and advantages of dealing with a consultancy but at a cost usually associated with freelance resources.
Our associate programme provides flexibility for both our consultants and clients, including:
- Short-term and long-term full-time operating
- Part-time working from one day per week through to short bursts of expert input to meet project needs
- Job sharing opportunities.
Our policies allow us to offer assignment opportunities to highly experienced project management and technical consultants whose work-life balance may not fit with a traditional consulting career.
There is always room for improvement when delivering projects. Things rarely proceed as planned, and the ability to adapt and react to changing conditions, developing new strategies and inspiring others to follow is a quality that we seek in our employees and associates.
